Veterans now have access to a variety of healthcare programs including Chiropractic care through the VA’s Community Care Network. Through this community based program, Dr. David Hall has helped many veterans maintain good health and relieve chronic pain that may be associated with war-time injuries. Dr. Hall understands that Veterans often have a unique litany of injuries and he is experienced at working with the Veteran to resolve or manage these issues. Dr. Hall has been caring for Veterans for over 35 years.
VA Community Care Network (VA CCN) VA Community Care Program
VA CCN ensures that Veterans get the care they need when they need it. After your VA primary care provider confirms your VA CCN eligibility you will be referred to our team at Hall Chiropractic. You will receive your documents containing your CCN appointment letter and authorization in the mail. Present the CCN appointment letter when you attend your first appointment at Hall Chiropractic.
