Therapeutic Exercise

Exercise is an important part of most care plans at Hall Chiropractic. Flexibility and strength are important body functions that can gradually erode away in our modern, static and more sedentary lives. Dr. Hall customizes simple yet effective exercise routines for each patient’s needs. Some therapeutic exercise will be done under supervision at Hall Chiropractic. You will likely be given ‘homework’. Dr. Hall likes to say that your ‘homework’ is his gift to you because you can take that with you and use it forever to help maintain your body’s balance, mobility and strength.

Participating in regular physical activities is a must for all individuals, of all ages. Unfortunately, approximately 60% of all Americans fail to meet their recommended levels of physical activity. Worse yet, 25% of Americans fail to participate in any sort of physical activity. Many studies have shown exercise can significantly increase energy levels. Ironically, the number one excuse for not exercising is a lack of energy or the person being too tired.
